The Shakespeare Concerts presents “The lady doth protest too much” in performance at New England Conservatory’s Jordan Hall on April 27th, 2018, at 8 PM. Tickets available through Jordan Hall box office. If you can’t make the Friday evening performance, The Shakespeare Concerts will present a similar program the following evening (April 28th) at Jewett Hall on the campus of Wellesley College, also at 8 PM. The concerts will include the world premiere live performances of “The lady doth protest too much” by Joseph Summer, as well as the world premiere live performance of Summer’s Sonata for Violoncello and Piano. Other premiere performances include works by Binna Kim, Howard Frazin, Thomas Schnauber, and Benjamin Pesetsky. Mezzo soprano Ryu-Kyung Kim, cellist Hyun-ji Kwon, and pianist SangYoung Kim will collaborate on the evenings’ musical offerings.
